Important Information for attending in person:
Please be assured that AES have put in place strict measures to ensure that they are COVID safe and secure, including social distancing and clean air circulation. All in person guests will need to follow the following protocols and confirm that you:
- have not knowingly had the virus or symptoms or been in touch with anyone with symptoms in the previous 14 days prior to the event
- are aware of the Government requirements to quarantine if you have travelled from a foreign country in the two weeks prior to the event that requires it
- have downloaded the NHS Covid-19 app and will use a QR code to check in on arrival
- a face mask must be worn at the venue when not seated and in communal spaces
*NB these requirements may change in advance of the meeting due to the Government Roadmap. Should this be the case we will update you accordingly in advance
