Having an emergency framework in place helps to put you in a better position to safeguard your staff and customers and gives your organisation a better chance of survival.
This half day training session help you to understand how to respond to an emergency situation and how to enact your duty of care.
This course is aimed at businesses in the youth, student and educational travel sector to enable you to:
- understand how to reduce risk
- understand the various times of crisis and how to co-ordinate a response
- understand how to set up a crisis control centre
- understand how to identify issues with the media
We will also cover practical scenario-based training using youth travel-specific emergencies that will better prepare trainees to safeguard their customers and colleagues, minimise the impact of crises on everyday operations and to mitigate potentially harmful long-term business impacts.
