• study abroad, work exchange, au pair and internship programme organisers
• gap year, volunteering and adventure travel organisations
• destinations, tourist boards, RDAs, LGOs
• transport and sightseeing tour providers
• attractions, restaurants and venues
• specialist service providers and more
• plus many others

BETA Members: Free

Non Members: £55 + VAT

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is recommended.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All bookings are subject to confirmation and payment is required prior to the event. This application is considered as binding and the contract becomes effective with the dispatch of the confirmation.

Non Members should make payment at the time of registration or at least within a 7 day period. Registration fees that remain unpaid prior are at the risk of automatic cancellation by the organiser. Payment via Paypal is recommended.

BETA Members

BETA Members qualifying for FREE registration must ensure that they hold a fully paid up membership for the period leading up to and covering the duration of the event. If you have yet to pay your subscription fees for the period 2022/23 or need support, please contact payments@betauk.com

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received via email up to 2 weeks prior to the event will be charged with 50% of the full participation fees. Thereafter the full amount is payable. Substitutions are permitted.

Book With Confidence 

If you’re sick with COVID-19 symptoms or test positive with COVID-19 within 14 days of the event, you can cancel by emailing our events manager helenleigh@betauk.com You’ll be asked to verify this with documentation, and at that point a full refund will be rewarded.

If an attendee has booked and then chooses not to attend, the place can be re-allocated to another person without any administration fee.

Visitor Refund Policy

We fully expect to hold a safe and enjoyable Youth Industry Networking event on the 6th October 2022. However, in the event of cancellation due to government restrictions, your registration fees will be transferred/offered as a credit towards future BETA event.

If requesting a refund due to changing travel arrangements, and travelling from a country which is put on the UK government quarantine list within 14 days of the event, a full refund will be rewarded.

Your registration

The attendance list is considered the intellectual property of the event and must not be stored, shared, or duplicated.

Your registration entitles you to access to the event for which you have registered. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you, and BETA shall have no liability for such costs.

By participating in the event you acknowledge and agree to grant BETA the right at the event to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to BETA includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.

You acknowledge and agree that BETA, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the event, including but not limited to, the event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time.

BETA, suggest that attendees purchase travel insurance to cover pre-paid, non-refundable travel expenses, such as airfare / other transport and event registration fees in the event of travel delays caused by severe weather; illness or family emergencies; and other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending.
