WHO CAN I EXPECT TO MEET?

• transport and sightseeing tour providers
• attractions, restaurants and venues

• plus many others

BETA Members: Free

Non Members: £55 + VAT

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is recommended.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your registration entitles you to access to the event for which you have registered. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you, and BETA shall have no liability for such costs.

Non Members should make payment at the time of registration. Payment via Paypal is recommended.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received via email up to 2 weeks prior to the event will be charged with 50% of the full participation fees. Thereafter the full amount is payable. Substitutions are permitted.

BETA Members qualifying for FREE registration must ensure that they hold a fully paid up membership for the period leading up to and covering the duration of the event. If you have yet to pay your subscription fees for the period 2022/23 or need support, please contact payments@betauk.com

By participating in the event you acknowledge and agree to grant BETA the right to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to BETA includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.

You acknowledge and agree that BETA, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the event, including but not limited to, the event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time.  The event content shall be recorded by BETA.

PAYMENT

Full payment should be made at the time of registration or at least within a 14 day period.

All fees are payable in GBP (£) as indicated on the registration form and invoice, by credit card or bank transfer. Payment is required prior to the event. Payment via Paypal is recommended.
