BETA member made are publicising Royal Greenwich Heritage Trust, ‘Living in Greenwich: tales through time’ a major exhibition that explores the history and heritage of Greenwich, by rediscovering the stories of the people who had lived and worked in the Borough

The public can explore this new online exhibition featuring fascinating objects from the Trust’s collection, stories as well as audio contributions from the local community. From pipes and pottery to board games and wedding dresses, objects discarded or treasured by previous generations help us uncover intriguing details about the past.

Living in Greenwich: tales through time shows how the small, ordinary and everyday take on great significance over time, and inspires us to record and collect our own stories about life in Greenwich today, as we live and work through a global pandemic.

The general public can get involved by sharing their own experiences of living through the pandemic by upload their stories at tales.greenwichheritage.org. Alternatively, they can get involved through Greenwich library.
