East Anglian insurance firm One Broker celebrated the launch of its brand-new website, which delivers an improved online experience to its customers
The company, which has offices in Cambridge and Norwich, is a long-term BETA UK member and provides a wide range of independent insurance services to the education sector.
The new website, which went live alongside a simplified logo and refreshed brand, is designed to improve the user experience, so that useful information is easy to find.

The development of digital technology means life is increasingly moving online – and that trend has accelerated during 2020, as more and more people work remotely.
As a business, we recognised that our website wasn’t as efficient as it could be. We needed to create a streamlined online presence to reflect our customer-focused service and core values.
As a result, we’ve slimmed down the number of pages on the site, redesigned the navigation and introduced stronger calls to action, in order to help users to find the information they need. It’s also much faster to load and mobile optimised, so users can look at the site on any device.
We’re delighted with the development and will continue to invest in its growth and development over the months and years to come.
