UK adventure programme heads to Poland

Thousands of students in Poland are getting the chance to experience life-changing learning and adventure thanks to Kingswood and Project Travel

The outdoor education and adventure provider will be sending its experienced activity instructors and English teachers to the country to deliver its award-winning programme to students unable to travel to the UK.

International tour provider, Project Travel, have been bringing Polish students to Kingswood centres for over a decade. However in these current uncertain times, combined with international travel restrictions, they knew adventure may not have been on the cards for many of these children and young people.

Not wanting them to miss out on the life-changing English learning experience, Boguslawa Siewierska-Klyta, CEO and founder of Project Travel, decided to team up with Kingswood and bring the experience to them.

She said: “Nearly 3,000 Polish students have participated in Kingswood’s courses at their centres thanks to Project Travel. Kingswood is the leading outdoor education provider in the UK and we are thrilled to be bringing Kingswood to Poland this summer and autumn as part of our new joint venture.”

Kingswood has more than 35 years’ experience in creating English and adventure programmes and welcomes students from around the world to its centres across the UK and France.

Its programmes aim to develop life essential life skills, create new friendships and provide a unique opportunity to improve language skills. This all happens while children take part in fun and exciting outdoor activities and English language lessons run by experienced teachers and activity leaders.
