Chris Mines, General Manager at The View from The Shard said,
“We are always looking for new initiatives that will appeal to our guests and enhance their visit to London’s tallest viewing gallery. The Slide has proven extremely popular in the past and we are delighted it is returning – the latest technology will give guests a terrifyingly real immersive experience.
Happy Finish is thrilled to see The Slide back at The View from The Shard. Happy Finish CEO, Daniel Cheetham comments,
“Having our immersive ride experience back on Level 72 is really exciting for us, we are so pleased it is back in the context it was designed for. Although it’s been 2 years since it first went live, the experience we created is still a standout VR project. With it now running on the Oculus Rift S headset at higher fidelity, we look forward to hearing more screams from excited guests of The View from The Shard. Watch out for more adrenaline-pumping updates to come soon!”
