Luke is a Partner in the Commercial Department at Travlaw LLP.

Luke has developed a great deal of experience in advising the travel industry upon a wide variety of complex commercial law and regulatory issues. Luke regularly advises clients on topics ranging from the nuanced complexities of the Package Travel Regulations, ATOL Regulations and Data Protection Act (among many others) through to advising clients in complex contractual disputes and negotiations.

Luke regularly drafts and advises upon a wide variety of contractual documents, such as agency agreements, supplier contracts, wholesale agreements etc. and can often be found speaking on various legal matters at a number of travel industry events.
