All bookings are subject to confirmation. This application is considered as binding and the contract becomes effective with the dispatch of the confirmation.
Participants booking before the 31st January 2020, to make sure that you receive the Early Rate, full payment must be received by the 31st January 2020, if your payment is received after this date, the higher rate will apply.
Participants booking after the 28th February 2020, to make sure that you receive the Standard Rate, full payment must be received by the 28th February 2020, if your payment is received after this date, the higher rate will apply.
Participants cancelling their participation can do so in writing up to 8 weeks prior to the event will be charged with 50% of the full participation fees. Thereafter the full amount is payable. No refund is available after receipt of the attendance list, which is considered the intellectual property of the event. Substitutions are allowed.
The Members price for this event is strictly for those organisations that have a fully paid up subscription fee for the period covering the event date. If you have yet to pay your subscription fees for the period 2020/21 please contact Helen Leigh firstname.lastname@example.org
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the programme timings or venue. BETA will not accept liability for any transport distribution or individual delays and in such circumstances the normal cancellation restrictions apply.
Payment is required prior to the event. Payment via Paypal is recommended.
